Values vs winning

I think that's to be expected. This has never been done in modern NU history and people

still have the attitude that somehow we are above changing the program like this.

When it really all boils down to winning. People want to win championships, but they

don't want to put the right people in the right positions to achieve that. We haven't

had to do this before because of the legendary coaching of Osborne and Devaney.

Some say at this point is wasn't needed either. Either way, this is the way it is going.

 

As far as being a fan, I will always be a fan. Being a fan to me isn't about coaches

or who said what or who did what because. It's about watching the players play the

game and enjoying it.

 

I would hope that "Husker Nation" is stronger than this and isn't full of deserters.
