Lets not forget the players

You can say all you want about how bad Callahan and Cosgrove are, but what it really comes down to is the players executing the plays being called, I bet if the players actually played like Cornhuskers they would give 110% on every single play and leave everything on the field, With that being said, I still dont like Cosgrove, but I have no problem with Callahan, he is a very smart coach and knows what he is doing, but he can't be out there making the plays for the players, he can only do so much, but one thing I would change about him, is the way he doesnt get excited about things, I never see him out there running to a player that just made a big play or lit someone up, If he just showed a little bit more enthusiasm, I would be happy.
