I think when I accept the HC job, Ill bring the Spread Offense to Nebraska, and pass 97% and run 3% but on Defense I will run a 1-1-9 since our front 7 suck lol

IDK if any of you listened to the game, but if you did, they talked about how Callahan gave the play calling job to Watson, so the coaching staff is atleast trying to find a solution and work things out, maybe we should start blaming the players who cant make the plays they are supposed to .

Shawn Watson was calling the plays today boys, if the players would have done their jobs maybe we wouldnt have lost

Ok uh idk if anyone of u listened to the game, but Watson was doing the play calling today, so lets put two and two together, the coaching staff is atleast trying to find a solution, maybe its the players not making the plays, did we ever think of that, I bet if the players did atleast half of what they are supposed to we would be 6-2 at the most, the coaches cant be on the field for them doing the players jobs.

You can say all you want about how bad Callahan and Cosgrove are, but what it really comes down to is the players executing the plays being called, I bet if the players actually played like Cornhuskers they would give 110% on every single play and leave everything on the field, With that being said, I still dont like Cosgrove, but I have no problem with Callahan, he is a very smart coach and knows what he is doing, but he can't be out there making the plays for the players, he can only do so much, but one thing I would change about him, is the way he doesnt get excited about things, I never see him out there running to a player that just made a big play or lit someone up, If he just showed a little bit more enthusiasm, I would be happy.

Yeah I think its a little bit of both, Cosgrove does make some stupid ass calls but then again if the players arent making the plays that they are supposed to then they are definitly to blame, the coaches cant be out there making the plays for them, but on Offense I was glad to see some freshman get some playing time and they looked pretty good when they touched the ball, IDK whats going on but I will always support our Huskers GO BIG RED http://www.huskerland.net
