Taking a guess here but I would bets it's the time between firing Callahan and when T.O. having a press conference of introducing the new head coach.

 

I'm betting that T.O. waiting for the week Kansas or Missouri to play for the National Championship to declare that he is now going to be the new Headcoach of Nebraska. Therefore taking all the good press off of those schools and putting Nebraska back on the map
