If You Want A Great Hamburger Recipe....

I made this last night and it is fantastic:)

 

Albertson's sells these ingredients...other stores may too..just trying to save you trips if you decide to make it.

 

Ground Sirloin-buy how many lbs. you need

For 2 people..I used one pkg. of Amazing Taste For Burgers that you can buy at the fresh meat counter at Albertson's

Liquid Smoke-depends on how much sirloin you have..I probably used 1 tablespoon...

 

I mixed this all together..made into patties..and grilled them. I put Swiss and Pepper Jack Cheese and pickles on them too. They turned out fantastic! Sometime I am going to add onons to the hamburger patties when I mix them up and saute some sliced fresh mushrooms and onions to top off the hamburgers, with lettuce, tomato..and build it up huge:)
