Dundermifflinite Posted January 25, 2008 Share Posted January 25, 2008 no contest in Omaha........1620 the zone (USC) is the best sports radio in the area........590 is horrible.....Matt Perault is a goober who actually makes a fool of himself quite often..... I have actually called in anc corrected him a few times, after he will go on a "rant" and then be wrong about his rant....many others call to correct him also......complete and utter moron.... This is spot on. Other than his Husker Mondays, Matt Perrault is useless. I quit listening to him after he acted like a high school girl having her first orgasm over Dana Altman deciding to come back to Creighton last spring. That had to be the single most disturbing thing I've ever heard on the radio. I can't believe BS590 has hung on to him for this long. that was an extremely unprofessional day of radio on Big Sports 590. I've been a loyal 1620 guy since 2001, it's a very high quality, polished show that would succeed in much larger markets. Kevin and Mike'l are both professional broadcasters, and the show is very well produced. Matt has definately had some hiccups, he's young and learning on the job...I often listen to his show on 1620's breaks, and he's become more likeable at times. The charity he set up for the Westroads Victims fund was very classy. Quote Link to comment
