Appetizers:

 

Onion Wraps:

 

Green onions

Cream cheese, softened

Ham

 

Clen green onions, leaving approximately 5" of green leaves. Cover onion with cream cheese, leaving 2" of green showing. Wrap each 1 piece of ham around onion. Secure with a toothpick.

 

Cheese Puffs:

 

1-6 oz. pkg. refrigerated biscuits

1/4 lb. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese

Oil for deep frying

 

Cut biscuits into thirds. WRap dough around cheese cubes. Drop into hot fat for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain on parchment paper.

 

Taco Dip:

 

1 can refried beans

1 envelope taco mix

1 small size carton sour cream

Misc. ingrdients: lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives and onions

Tortilla or corn chips

 

Layer ingredients in 9x13" pan as follows: refried bans, sour cream, envelope taco mix, shredded lettuce, diced and drained tomatoes, sliced olives, finely diced onions and shredded cheese. Serve wih tortilla chips or corn chips.

 

 

Crab Dip:

 

1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Garlic powder

1/4 cup chili sauce

1-8-1/2 oz. can crabmeat, well drained or use fresh crabmeat

Freeze-dried chives

 

Spread cream cheese over large serving platter (12" in diameter). Sprinkle garlic powder to taste over cream cheese. Spread chicli sauce over; sprinkle crabmeat over chili sauce. Sprinkle with freeze dried chives for garnish. Serve with crackers.
