Roxy Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Chicken Teriyaki Pizza: Homemade dough at room temperature (or frozen and thawed) Olive oil spray ½ c bottled teriyaki sauce, divided Olive oil for brushing 2 c cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces ¼ medium yellow onion, sliced ¾ c mozzarella cheese, shredded ½ c cheddar cheese, shredded 1/3 c red bell pepper slices 2 green onions, thinly sliced Preheat the oven to 375°F. Roll out the dough and place on the oiled pan. Spread the crust with ¼ c of the teriyaki sauce. Brush the edges with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine the chicken breast with the remaining ¼ c of the teriyaki sauce. Evenly spread the chicken pieces and yellow onion on the pizza. Scatter the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese over the chicken and onion. Layer the red bell pepper of the cheeses. Place the pan in the oven, middle rack, for 20 minutes. Check the pizza and continue baking if needed, until cooked to your preference. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the pizza with the green onions, and let the pizza sit in the pan on a cooling rack for 2 minutes.
