Roxy Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 Seasoned Pretzels: 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil 2 pounds broken pretzel pieces Mix ingredients and pour over pretzels. Bake at 200 F for an hour. Stir every 10-15 minutes. Easy Queso: 16 oz. box of Velveeta 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies Cut Velveeta processed cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the tomatoes with chilies. Heat on High for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds. It is ready when the cheese is melted and smooth. Serve with tortilla chips. Note: You can also halve the recipe for a smaller crowd. Bacon Wrapped Shrimp w/ Cheese and Jalepeno 16 jumbo deveined shrimp 1/4 pound of your favorite cheese, cut into 1 inch by half inch pieces 1 whole green Jalapeno 1 package of bacon skewers (soak in water first if using wooden ones so they don't burn) Butterfly and devein shrimp. Cut cheese into one inch by half inch pieces. Cut jalapeno into pieces half the size of the cheese that you have chosen for the shrimp. Cut the bacon strips in half. Stuff the shrimp with the cheese and jalapenos. Wrap shrimp in 1 bacon strip and slide on a skewer. Place on grill and while turning frequently. Cook until bacon is done to your taste.
