Want to do this right with the pic and recipe so it makes easier for members to see it better if they want to make it. Was tired yesterday and forgot to say to use an ice cream scoop to make the cookies really large and also use dark brown sugar if you want them to spread out better. Sorry..don't mean to be a pain....I am picky and like to do things right and it bugs me when I mess up:)

Peanut Butter Cookies:

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1-1/4 cup sugar

1-1/4 cup brown sugar (dark or regular brown sugar)-this pic has dark brown sugar

1 cup butter, soft or use unsalted butter

3 large eggs

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tsp pure vanilla

Preheat oven to 300*

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well with wire whisk. Set aside. In a large bowl, blend sugars with electric mixer. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping sides of bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix on low until just mixed. DO NOT OVER MIX.

Drop on ungreased cookie sheet 1-1/2" apart. With wet fork, gently press a crisscross on top.

Bake 18-22 minutes. Transfer immediately to a wire rack to cool.
