This Hot & Spicy Shrimp Recipe Turned Out Great:)

Hot & Spicy Shrimp:

1/4 cup Cajun Seasoning...I used Cajun Spice & Blackening Rub-you can buy it at Albertsons

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce

1-1/2 lbs. Shrimp-I used the fresh shrimp that you can buy at Albertson's

Mix the Cajun Seasoning with the melted butter and hot sauce. Put the shrimp in a skillet and cover it with the Cajun Seasoning mixture. I cooked the shrimp for around 10 minutes..don't overcook it.

Velveeta Chipotle Dip:

1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product. cut into 1/2-inch cubes

2 T. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

1 container (16 oz.) Sour Cream

Mix Velveeta and peppers in microwavable bowl.

Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.

Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip:

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream cheese, cut up

1 can (10 oz.) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

Combine ingredients in microwavable bowl.

Microwave on high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well-blended, stirring after 3 minutes.

Up to you if you want to use the microwave...I haven't made the bottom 2 recipes. I will probably use the oven or my crockpot instead.
