Roxy
I haven't made this yet..but..it is on my grocery list to make the next time I buy groceries. I love the grilled salmon at a restuarant we go to so thought I would give it a shot. Make any sauce you prefer..but..found this on the web so thought I would give it a try. Gilled Salmon: The recipe for it is simple. Buy lemon extract virgin olive oil, sea salt & garlic pepper. Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl. Brush on salmon & grill. I have no idea if my grocery store I go to sells lemon extract virgin oil or not..if it doesn't..I will just mix this up: 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice I may add some baby capers, draned and some finely chopped red onion..haven't decided yet. Have never grilled salmon before..so just guessing..will grill it 4 minutes per side...or till it flakes with a fork. I may make Emerils Sour Cream Sauce for the salmon..you can find that at www.foodnetwork.com or make this by Sandra Lee at Food Network: 2 T. tartar sauce 2 T. sour cream 2 T. fresh lime juice 1 T. Dijon Mustard 2 tsp.s fresh chives, chopped Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate. Quote Link to comment
