hastingshusker Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 I for one am hoping that the walk on program will help the special teams. It always seemed to me like you put some of those guys that are dying to see the field on the special teams and they start blowin guys up. It takes a special kind of player to run down the field at full force and nail an opposing player. Also, the same kind to block those same kind of guys. In my opinion special teams is where the players who have the heart really show up to play (case in point Brandon Rigoni). I think this can only help us, having more players able to do those rolls will help. Quote Link to comment
