**PLEASE READ - Gameday on HuskerBoard**

Recommended Posts

We have a lot of new members, and this seemed to be a good time to clue everyone in on some of the odds and ends of gameday on HuskerBoard. So, without further ado...

1. About thirty minutes to an hour before kickoff, we start a thread entitled **Official NAME OF OPPONENT Gameday Thread". We ask that you post any in-game comments in that thread. Why? Well, before we started doing that, we ended up with about eleventy-bazillon threads. There was no way to read them all. Posting everything in the Official Gameday Thread just makes sure that if you log on after the game, you don't have to wade through three pages of new posts. Analysis after the game - feel free to start a new thread if what you want to discuss doesn't already have a thread.

2. We found that quite a few members preferred using a chat program rather than posting as the game was going on. So, we held ETR up by the ankles and gathered up the loose change that fell out, and set up a chat program. You can access it at HERE.

3. Additionally, we have a weekly contest in which members can predict the score, as well as the passing and rushing yardage. That contest is open now. If you want to show off those mad prognostication skills, go HERE.

Folks, it's almost time - time to get rid the the bad taste left by last year. Time to start the return to dominance. Time to START PLAYIN' SOME FOOTBALL!

Oh, yeah, one more thing...

GBR!!!!!
