Eric the Red
Player: Lee Tilley Hometown: Springfield, OH Position: OL Height: 6’7” Weight: 305 40 time: 5.10 Visit Date: Scholarships offered: Over a dozen including: Georgia, Kansas, Nebraska, North Carolina St., Clemson Favorites: Arizona, Cincinnati, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina State Rankings/Stars: Rivals: Bid Red Report:#15/ Assessing the talent: He’s only played football for a few years, so his experience is limited, but his size is the great allure of this kid. Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: 10% This is exactly what Callahan likes in an Offensive Tackle, long arms and quick feet. I think in the long run, it’s going to be tough to pull him out of Big 10 land. It’s the good to see the Huskers go after a kid like this though. Quote Link to comment
kramer
Tilley is aware of Nebraska's tradition and rich history of National championships, bowl games, All-American honors and number of players from Nebraska in the NFL. He also knows Coach Callahan from his days in Oakland "he was a line coach before he became a offensive coordinator and then a head coach. Getting an offer from a coach in the business who has seen some of the best offensive lineman in the NFL, well that's just an honor in my opinion." Quote Link to comment
