Roxy Posted September 27, 2008 Share Posted September 27, 2008 Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip: 1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, undrained 1 lb. (16-oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 4 oz. (1/2 of of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadephia Cream Cheese, melted 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained 8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisply cooked; crumbled Combine ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended; stirring afer 3 minutes. Seve with tortilla chips and cut-up vegetables. Quote Link to comment
