hskrmama Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 2 dozen jalepeno peppers - cut in half and seeded 1/2 c Romano cheese 2 boxes of cream cheese 1/2 c of asiago cheese 1 lb Italian Sausage - cooked - drain grease 5 strips of Hormel black label bacon cooked and chopped ( I have tried other bacons with this and they just aren't as good) Mix all cheeses together micorwave for 1:30 minutes to soften for easy mixing Blend cheese mix with sausage Put cheese and meat mix into the peppers, you can either spoon it in or use a ziploc bag and cut off the tip and pipe it in Bake for 30 mins at 375 Let them cool then put in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours Bake again at 375 for 20 mins *Freezing takes out some of the heat of the peppers Quote Link to comment
