BigRedPowerWagon Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 3oz box Wild Strawberry Jello 1 package 6oz frozen strawberrys 1 baked 9 inch pie shell, cooled Cool Whip Blend together cornstarch sugar, and water. Combine in saucepanand cook, stirring until thick 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and put into mixing bowl, add gelatin. Stir until dissolves. Add package frozen strawberrys into hot geletian mix. The heat will disolve the strawberrys, put into fridge to cool for 15 minutes. Add mix into pie crust and put into fridge to cool. Ive always let this sit overnight it seems to work better for me this way. In the morning or when solid add whip cream and your done. I usually just double the recipe and make 2 pies out of this, it seems to work better for me and theres never any left over. Ben Quote Link to comment
