Roxy Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 Rice Almond Sausage Casserole: 1-1/2 lbs. pork sausage 1 small green pepper, chopped fine 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 lb. slivered almonds 2 cups cooked rice 1 lg. can mushrooms 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 soup can water Saute sausage; pour off fat. Add green pepper, onion, celery, almonds and rice; cook together 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; pour into 9x13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350*. Quote Link to comment
