Roxy Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 Crockpot Cheese Dip: If this is too thick, add some milk until it is a consistency that you like. 2 lb block of Velveeta or Borden processed cheese, cut in cubes 1 lb cooked ground beef 1 lb cooked breakfast sausage 1 can of nacho cheese soup 1 large can of chopped green chilies Melt the cheese in crock pot, add the rest and stir together well. I make something like this but instead of 1 can of nacho cheese soup & 1 large can of chopped green chilies I use a large jar of picante sauce and a can of spicy refried beans. I`m sure there are many ways to make it but I`m going to try yours...sounds great. Quote Link to comment
