Roxy
Simple French Toast 4 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar 6 slices bread-I like to use Texas Toast...it is thicker so you may have to adjust ingredients Butter for frying 1. Beat eggs in a bowl large enough to fit a piece of bread in the bottom. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar, and beat until frothy. 2. Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture, first on one side, then the other. 3. Cook both sides in butter in a non-stick skillet until golden. Serve with your favorite syrup. Quote Link to comment

Roxy
I have never tried it with powdered sugar...just used regular sugar. I wouldn't try using powdered sugar...I like using the sugar...it is good. Quote Link to comment
