Roxy Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 Sausage Skillet: 1 lb. pork sausage 1 medium chopped onion 1 small chopped green pepper 1-(16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 cup sour cream Prepare macaroni as directed on pkg. About 30 minutes before serving time, cook sausage, onion, salt and pepper until sausage browns; spoon off fat. Stir in all ingredients but sour cream. Stir often for about 20 minutes.
