Roxy Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 Ham Casserole: 2-1/2 cups cooked picnic ham 2 can undiluted mushroom soup 1 cup milk 1 cup chicken broth 2 cups cooked macaroni 1 cup mushrooms, drained (opt.) or use fresh sliced mushrooms 1 small diced onion garlic, chopped Mix together, put in 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight. Let stand at room temperature one hour before baking. Cover with breaded crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Quote Link to comment
