Chicken Dressing Casserole-Edited

Chicken Dressing Casserole:

 

1 cooked (2-1/2 lb.) chicken (boned and cubed)

1-1/2 cups chicken broth

1-1/2 cups milk

1/2 loaf of bread, cut up

4 eggs

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Onion, chopped

 

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 13 inch baking pan. Top with 1-1/2 cups potato chips, crushed. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

 

**I would add chopped garlic, chopped celery and salt and pepper to taste.
