Roxy Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Broccoli Casserole: 2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli 8oz grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 can cream of mushroom soup 2 medium onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup mayonnaise 2 T. Butter Salt and Pepper to taste Pepperidge Farm Dressing Crumbs Cook broccoli as directed. Mix all other ingredients but the butter and crumbs together. Blend in Broccoli. Dot with butter and cover lightly with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Quote Link to comment
