Roxy Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 Creole Tartar Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon Creole mustard 1/4 teaspoon Cajun-Creole seasoning 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce combine and stir with a whisk.
