Roxy Posted December 18, 2008 Share Posted December 18, 2008 Barbecue Pork: 3 to 5 lbs. pork roast BBQ Sauce: 1/4 cup salad oil 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup water 1-14 oz. bottle ketchup 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 T. vinegar 2 T. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. liquid smoke Roast pork at 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or till an internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Combine and simmer all sauce ingredients for 20 minutes. Add sauce to flaked pork. Simmer for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve on buns. Quote Link to comment
