Homemade Butter and Garlic Wings and Mild Wings:

1 Pack of chicken wings

1 Big clove of garlic

4 Tbsp butter

4 cups of flour

Season salt

Cut garlic clove into small pieces, as small as you can cut them or use a food processor. Put into small pot with butter. Bring butter and garlic to a boil stirring continuously, then put the burner on low heat. Stir occasionally for 15 minutes and then remove from heat. Put flour in a bowl and sprinkle just the top of the flour with season salt. Mix flour and season salt together. Rinse chicken wings off in cold water. Fully coat chicken wings in flour and put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Deep fry chicken wings for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy. Take chicken wings out of grease and put on paper towels or hand towel. I use a hand towel so the wings do not stick to the paper towels. Turn oven on 350. Take the chicken wings and dip them into the butter and garlic sauce. Put the chicken wings on an ungreased cookie sheet. Put wings in oven for 2 to 3 minutes only and enjoy!

For the best mild wings rinse chicken wings off in cold water and dip in the same flour as above recipe. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Deep fry chicken wings for 15 minutes or until wings are brown and crispy. Turn oven on 350. Use Texas Pete's buffalo style chicken wing barbecue sauce. Use a butter brush and brush the mild sauce on both sides of the wings. Put wings on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 2 to 3 minutes only and enjoy!

If you do not have Texas Pete's sauce you may use whatever sauce you prefer. Although, Texas Pete's is the best sauce I have used to make my chicken wings. If you would prefer a little less than mild wings then only brush Texas Pete's sauce on the top of chicken wings and bake. Brushing a lot of sauce on the wings, it can have a little kick to them.
