Roxy Posted April 12, 2009 Share Posted April 12, 2009 Seven-Layer Mexican Dip: 1 can refried beans 1 8-oz container sour cream 1 pkg taco seasoning 2 avocados 1 pkg dry guacamole seasoning 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 1 medium tomato, diced 1 handful black olives, sliced 3 green onions, thinly sliced Fritos or tortilla chips Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; set aside. Peel and mash avocados with guacamole seasoning; set aside. Spread refried beans on a large plate, followed by sour cream mixture and avocado mixture. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese, then tomatoes, olives and green onions. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips Quote Link to comment
