Roxy
Pork Sandwiches: I cook a pork roast in my crockpot..or you can use the oven. I add onions, garlic in the crockpot too. Sprinkle Paula Deen’s House Seasoning and ground black pepper over the roast also. When the roast is done, drain the juice off and shred the pork with a fork. Put the shredded pork back it the crockpot and the mixture listed below; stir till all is thoroughly blended. I cook it on low all day long. The longer it cooks..the better it is. Depending on how big your pork roast is..you may have to double or triple the ingredients listed below to get it at the consistency you want it to be. I serve it on seeded hamburger buns. Sauce: MIx the below ingredients in a bowl and pour over shredded pork roast. 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup water 2 T. vinegar Onion, chpped-eyeball it 1 T. mustard 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce Quote Link to comment
