Roxy Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 Old Fashioned Dill Potato Salad: 3 lbs small red potatoes, cooked and quartered (I use regular red potatoes cut into chunks when I can't find the little ones) 1/4 to 1/2 cup green onions, sliced 4 hard boiled eggs, cooled and chopped 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced 2 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sugar Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, dill weed, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the potatoes, chopped eggs and the green onions. Cover and chill before serving. Quote Link to comment
