Billy Ray Cyrus' Achy Breaky Cake:

 

18-1/4 oz pkg. yellow cake mix (plus additional ingredients as directed on package)

14-oz can condensed milk

6-oz bottle caramel sauce

16-oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip brand)

Two 2.1 oz Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

 

Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a "9x13" cake. Bake and let cool slightly in pan. Whisk together condensed milk and carmel sauce in a small bowl. using a wooden skewer, poke numerous holes in top of warm cake. Pour carmel mixture over cake and let it seep in until mixture has been absorbed, poking more holes as necessary. Let cake cool completely. Spread whipped topping over cooled cake and garnish with crushed candy bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
