Coffeecake:

 

1 box yellow cake mix

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Beat in a large mixing bowl for 8 minutes. Pour into a bundt cake pan (or a regular size cake pan); ALTERNATELY with the following sugar/cinnamon mixture.

 

Cinnamon Mixture:

 

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Nuts to taste

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or when tested with a toothpick; comes out clean.

 

**Make sure you have enough cinnamon sugar mixture to top the cake off. If you don't have enough... make some more.
