Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies:

 

2 cups Skippy Super Chunk Peanut Butter-the one with nuts

 

2 cups sugar

 

2 eggs

 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

 

Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls-I roll dough between my hands.

 

Spray cookie sheets and a fork with non-stick cooking spray-I use Crisco Butter No-Stick Spray.

 

Put the balls onto cookie sheets and make criss-cross marks on top using the fork.

 

Bake in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

 

**I bake mine for 9 minutes..we don't like the cookies hard.
