Roxy Posted July 12, 2009 Share Posted July 12, 2009 Burger Mushroom Bake: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/2 lbs. hamburger 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup water salt and pepper to taste Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water; mix. Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish, 12x8x2-in. Bake at 350 degrees. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water. Pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes more. Quote Link to comment
