Sour Cream Pinch of Salt Pinch of Garlic Powder 1/2 cup. chopped Scallions Combine the Cream Cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth. Stir in the scallions. Serve on crackers or toasted bagel rounds. Makes about 4 cups Quote Link to comment
