Roxy Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 Chicken Casserole: 8-9 chicken breasts- (boiled and shredded) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1-(8-oz.) carton sour cream 1 cup chicken broth 1 sleeve Ritz crackers 1/2 stick melted butter salt and pepper to taste Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken breasts in salted water. When finished, shred chicken and place in a greased 9X13 baking dish. Add soup, sour cream, and chicken broth to chicken and mix well. Season to your taste with salt and pepper. Crush a sleeve of Ritz crackers and put over top of the chicken. Drizzle melted butter on top of the casserole. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crackers are brown and casserole is bubbling Quote Link to comment
