Taco Dip:

 

1 lb. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can chopped green chiles, drained

1 pkg. taco seasoning

3/4 cup water

2-(16-oz.) cans refried beans

4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

chopped black olives

 

Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in water, seasoning, onion and chiles. Cook 15 minutes. Stir in refried beans and heat through. Pour into a casserole pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream or use as a burrito filling.
