Roxy Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 Cheesy Beef Taco Dip: 2 lbs. hamburger 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped garlic to taste, chopped 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed 1 lb. Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed 1-(16-oz.) jar Taco Sauce 1-(10-oz.) can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained 1-(4-oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped 1-(2-1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe black olives, drained Tortilla Chips In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, chopped garlic and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cheeses, taco sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve warm with Tortilla Chips. Quote Link to comment
