Roxy Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Vidalia Onion Swiss Bake: 2 cups of Shredded Swiss Cheese-(USE A GOOD QUALITY SWISS CHEESE) 2 cups chopped Vidalia Onions 2 cups of Best Foods Mayonnaise- (you must use Best Foods for this recipe) 2 T. Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour into ovenproof bowl-(small oval pyrex dish) Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and bake at 325-350 degrees until onion is soft and cheese is melted-about 40-45 minutes.
