Grilled Steak Bleu Cheese Onion Sauce:

 

In a saucepan, melt 2 T. butter and brown 1 large, sliced onion until carmelized.

 

Add 3/4 cup to 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream and continue cooking until mixture is thick.

 

Add 1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Crumbles and stir.

 

Put Bleu Cheese mixture on grilled steaks.
