Roxy Posted October 10, 2009 Share Posted October 10, 2009 Bacon Appetizers: Club Crackers Thin-Sliced Bacon Grated Parmesan Cheese or Brown Sugar Freeze bacon so it is easier to cut. Take bacon out when frozen and cut package of bacon in half or cut pieces individually; refrigerate to thaw. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Lay crackers-(as many as you want) face up on a cookie sheet. Scoop about 1 tsp. of Grated Parmesan Cheese or Brown Sugar onto each cracker. Wrap each cracker in each piece of bacon, completely covering the cracker. The bacon should completely cover the cracker. Place the bacon wrapped crackers on a baking sheet that has a rack in it. Place in the 250 degree oven until bacon is thoroughly cooked)-Keep an eye out on it. ***Recipe said 2 hours..just eyeball it. Quote Link to comment
