Roxy
Chicken Wing Drummettes: Chicken Wing "Drummettes"-You can buy these in a bag in the frozen section of the grocery store or buy fresh chicken drummettes Canola Oil Franks Red Hot Sauce Tabasco Sauce Butter In a deep skillet or Dutch Oven, pour about 1 in. to 1-1/2 in. Canola Oil. Heat the Canola Oil over medium to medium-high heat. Rinse Chicken Wing "Drummettes" in a strainer and wash them real good. When the oil is hot-(about 360 degrees)-place drummettes in the skillet or Dutch Oven. Keep the drummettes moving with a pair of tongs so they don't stick the the pan. While the chicken is cooking, melt 2 sticks of butter in a medium-sized pan. Add 1-12-oz. bottle Franks Hot Sauce and Tabasco Sauce to your preferance. When the chicken has cooked for about 25 minutes, take them out with a pair of tongs and place them on a paper-towel lined plate to drain. In small batches, begin placing the cooked wings into the sauce and coat thoroughly. Place them in a serving bowl. Repeat until all the chicken is coated with sauce and ready to eat. Serve with celery sticks, baby carrots and Ranch/or Bleu Cheese Dressing. Quote Link to comment
