Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos:

 

Fresh Jalapenos-2 to 3-in. in size

Cream Cheese, softened

Bacon, sliced into thirds

 

Freeze the bacon and when ready to make, cut bacon into thirds. Frozen bacon is easier to cut. Thaw bacon in refrigerator.

 

Cut Jalapenos in half, lengthwise.

 

Remove the seeds and membrane. Leave some in if you want the Jalapenos hotter.

 

Put Cream Cheese into each Jalapeno Half.

 

Wrap Jalapeno with bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.

 

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. If the bacon doesn't look brown enough, put Jalapenos under the broiler till bacon is cooked the way you want it.
