Roxy Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 Spaghetti Pie: 6-oz.s cooked spaghetti 1 egg 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can French Fried Onions 8-oz. fresh sliced mushrooms, drained Chopped onions and garlic to taste-opt. 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Sliced Pepperoni Combine cooked spaghetti. Parmesan Cheese and egg. Press spaghetti mixture over the bottom and up sides of deep pie pan to form a "crust." Fry ground beef and add onions and garlic when ground beef begins to brown; drain. Add Spaghetti Sauce; stir. Add meat/sauce mix, cheese, sliced mushrooms, Pepperoni and toppings of your choice on top of spaghetti noodles. Bake till cheese is golden brown in 350-degree oven, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes on top-opt. Quote Link to comment
