HuskerFanCO
I have a friend from work who is a diehard Sooner fan (as is his dad, a Sooner fan for 55+ years) and they are travelling to Lincoln next weekend for the first time to attend the game. Now he is a classy Sooner fan who stayed loyal during their bad years and always talks with respect about the Huskers, so I want to make sure they have a great time. Now I have only been to 2 home games in the last 10 years, both times with my daughter, so I have lost touch a bit with the best stops to hit up pre and post-game (especailly for a pair of adults). Any recommendations on where they should go? They are looking for recommendations for Friday night as well as Saturday pre-and post-game. It would be great if they could find some classy Husker fans to tailgate with as well. The friend is stilla bit of a partier though he is middle-aged, but since his dad is going I probably need a good mix of crazier vs more laid back options. They are looking for restaurant ideas as well, not sure if the old stand bys still hold true. Thanks ahead of time for any advice to pass on to them. TR Quote Link to comment
