When it's all said and done...

Recommended Posts

I feel like the amount of publicity that Suh has received this week serves as a good consolation prize for the loss last weekend. As much as that loss stung us, something positive came out of it.

It's been awhile since Husker Nation has been able to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of one of our own on a National Stage, even if only for a week. Suh was our spokesman this week and I'm proud of the way he represented the team and Husker fans across the country.

At the end of the day, it's positive PR for our program. Best believe that Suh's impact here will be felt for a long time to come. I feel like the Pelini Bros. + a boy named Suh kick started the "2nd Coming" of Husker Football. The "House" may be gone next year, but he'll leave some "Spears" behind for our future players to continue where he left off. ;)

Apologies for my attempt at poetry in the end there.
