California Party Spread

California Party Spread:

 

1-(14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1-(8-oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

1 medium Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced or 3 if you like it more hot

1 tsp. dried dill weed or lemon dill weed (I use lemon dill)

Town House Crackers

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.

 

Serve with TownHouse Crackers.
