Roxy Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 Spicy Ranch Chicken Wings: 4 lbs. Whole Chicken Wings or Party Wings 3/4 Cup Franks Hot Sauce 1/4 Cup Butter 3 T. Cider Vinegar 1 or 2 Envelopes Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix-(Enough Mix To Cover Wings) 1/2 Tsp. Paprika Cut the chicken wings into three sections; discard wing sections. In a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, combine the Hot Pepper Sauce, butter and vinegar. Add chicken wings; seal bag and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate 4-8 hours. Place chicken on racks in two greased baking pans. Sprinkle with Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix and Paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
