2 things:

 

First, don't think I'd say Snyder is a 5 after the performance last year. Overall maybe, since he's done amazing things w/that team.

 

Second, not that I don't agree that Franchione better get it done, but Callahan better get it done as well, especially in the North. Franchione will always have it tough trying to beat OU and UT, and finishing 3rd in that division, even though bad, could wind ATM in the top 10 nationally if all they do is lose to OU and UT.
